Our Accounting Team will be providing support for bookkeeping, accounting, and taxation tasks for our clients, with at least two team members familiar with each client’s set of accounts. Our goal is to build a strong team that can handle any task, without relying on any one individual. By cross-training and collaborating, we ensure that at least two team members are familiar with each client’s set of accounts.

We divide tasks into smaller, manageable sets of operations, which allows us to train even junior team members quickly and effectively. By breaking down tasks into smaller parts, we can build skills and knowledge step-by-step.

Trainees have the benefit of referring to actual examples from our database of over 1,000 clients. This allows them to quickly gain hands-on knowledge and experience, and to see how different corporate structures handle bookkeeping, accounting, and taxation matters.

Our overall program includes a well-defined training system, conducted by senior members and leaders of our Accounting Team. This program has been proven successful, as evidenced by our ability to handle bookkeeping, accounting, and taxation matters for over 1,000 clients with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.”

Our Accounting Team will be providing support to the above items as a Team with the intention that at least 2 Members will be familiar with the set of accounts relating to a particular employer. This is the actual implementation of our practice culture in getting rid of the so called ‘indispensable staff’ within an organization.

Our project realized the importance of the establishment of an efficient training program, under which batches of Trainees can be systematically trained on a set of tasks which are fully documented by way of How-To-Do Charts, so that the Trainees will be able to learn how to perform the tasks by following the instructions given in the Charts, which can also be used for future references, to jot the memory of the Trainees.

In the actual performance of tasks, we are adopting the McDonald Approach by dividing the tasks into smaller, manageable set of operations so that even Junior Trainees will become productive after a short period of training.

Given the fact that our practice is currently involved in looking after the bookkeeping, accounting, and taxation matters of over 1,000 clients of different corporate structures, Trainees will have the benefit to refer to actual examples in the learning process, with the result that they can quickly acquire hands-on knowledge and experience.

Another advantage of our training system is that we can speedily increase the number of Trainees at a short period of time to cater to any expected increase of workload.

Obviously, the training process has been incorporated into a reasonably well-defined system conducted by Senior Members and Leader of our Accounting Team who are also responsible to monitor the performance of the Graduated Trainees, as an integral part of our overall program which has been proven to be successful.
