1)   Competitive Rates
As can be seen in the section under Services, Members of my Accounting Team are all from Manila, the Philippines where there is a wages disparity between those payable in Australia.  The minimum wage in Australia for an adult is $21.38 per hour. By the time when we add 10% superannuation, 10 days for Carer’s leave, 4 weeks’ annual leave, provision for long service leave, work safe insurance, etc the effective rate will be around $35.00 per hour. If you are using our services, you will be saving half of what you need to pay to an Australian employee.

2)   Staff Absences
As can be seen in the section under Services, you are only paying the actual number of hours worked by Members of my Accounting Team and you do not have to worry about Australian staff absences due to health, family emergencies and annual leave. As our Accounting Team is comprised of 5 to 10 members, all familiar with bookkeeping and accounting tasks, there will be no interruption to progress of work due to staff absences.   

3)   Leave Replacement
In Australia, every employee is entitled to 4 weeks’ annual leave. During the absence of the employee, arrangements will have to be made for a replacement. If you were to use our services, there is no need for you to worry about leave replacement.

4)   Indispensable Staff
Assuming you employ one accounting staff to look after all accounting functions, he will have a tendency to becoming the indispensable person, creating unnecessary inconvenience. If you are to use our services, because all our Accounting Members are familiar with most of the accounting functions, you will have avoided the potential inconvenience created by the indispensable staff.

5)   Voice & Chat Support
One of the disadvantages of employing our service is in the fact that you will be deprived of the chance of physically discussing with and giving instructions to the local employee. However, you can still contact a Member of our Accounting Team via voice support through the internet during Australian office hours, and via chat support on a 24/7 basis.  With the introduction of any new arrangements, there will be inevitable teething problems.  To ensure the smooth change-over, I shall be personally responsible for answering all telephone enquiries for as long as it takes in establishing an efficient system, before handing over the task to a designated Member as the liaison officer for your account.

6)   Training & Monitory System
Many Australian employers have been prompted by the potential advantages to outsourcing staff from overseas but unfortunately most of them have their fingers burnt. The main reason for the failure is because they fail to provide training and to adequately monitor the outsourced staff as they may lack the accounting expertise to train and the time to monitor as it is the lack of time with prompted the employers to recruit in the first place. If you were to use our services, as all our Members have been trained by me and their performance being monitored on a daily basis by our Team Leader who is a CPA, this aspect has already been looked after by our system.  

7)   Access to Experienced Professionals
As mentioned in the About Us section of this website, I am a Registered Tax Agent with over 40 years’ experience with exposure to both industry and professional sectors familiar with most bookkeeping, accounting, and taxation functions of a small to medium-sized entity in Australia. I train and supervise my Accounting Team on a daily basis and I can provide the necessary support to the more difficult issues. By the same token, the Team Leader who is an experienced CPA, can also provide the necessary advice and assistance to the Accounting Team. Indeed, access to experienced professionals is more readily available to our Accounting Team than most local employees in Australia.
