For new clients, you need to give us copy of a coloured ID or sign a letter of authorization provided by us to confirm your identity and for us to include you as our client.

For documents relating to a tax return, we normally need copies of your Pay As You Go Summary and details of deductions claimed.  The whole process can be sorted out through emails or Skype.  Our friendly staff will answer all your questions and assist you in supplying the necessary documents and details.  You can contact us via the Live Chat Section of our website which is being attended on a 24/7 basis.

It is a legal requirement for all employers to supply ATO with copies of all Payment Summaries issued to their employees.  Once you become our client, we will then be able to access ATO’s database on all relevant documents collected under you Tax File Number, including all Payment Summaries, and other details relating to bank interests, health insurance payments, etc. 

Your loss of some of the taxation documents is not an issue at all.  We have a lot of ways and means to ascertain the required document or details.  Provided you are prepared to cooperate with us we have the experience and skill to assist you.

Yes, certainly.  It is a common phenomenon for us to assist clients in fixing up multiple outstanding returns.  It is also our practice to extend generous fee concessions in situation like this.

If you have only 1 or 2 payment summaries from your employer/s and only 1 or 2 claims on deductions, we normally charge the individual tax returns (ITR) fee of $80 + GST. 

However, for a simple ITR like this, we are conducting a promotional campaign in which we will only charge $50 + GST.  This is applicable for a short period of time.  Therefore, please take advantage of our promotion campaign.

We will send you a Tax Invoice which will include details of direct bank payment via credit card or BSB banking details.

If required, we can accept payment through deduction from expected refund.  Because additional work is required, an additional fee of $20 will have to be added to the total charge.  Please write to us via the Live Chat Section and we shall provide you with details.
